We stayed here for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. Appreciated our rooms in front desk. - Its location near Doria Pamphilj Gallery was strategic. - the restaurant was good. - the staff was very friendly and amicable.

Ideal branded hotel in marvellous location to get to nearby sites. Soundproof guest room for wifi connection. Location just off the centre of Rome and a restaurant in the evening and the Colleseum and Vatican City. Nearby Brillo Restaurant - great place to chill out.

Excellent location to enjoy surrounding shops, resturants. Easy access to metro and many sight seeing spot. Good breakfast.
Size of room for a family travel with kids is bit small

The room here was really spacious and had a nice, up-to-date bathroom that even had a cool wake-up service included! ⏰

Friendly and helpful staff
There is only one old elevator, often doors do not close properly which makes it unusable.

Position was good for site seeing
On arrival lift did not work, was old and not user friendly, difficult to accommodate two people and their luggage. The air conditioning was out of action on arrival, 40 degrees of heat at that time, when repaired it never really got the temperature down to a expected level. Breakfast ok, staff quite helpful.

Best location. Near most important streets for shopping.
Very noisy! Disturbed in the early morning by noises of streets around. Not all the staff welcoming.

The location was great.
The free wifi didn't work great. Very low signal and kept losing connection. It did work great in hallway and lobby, but in the room was what I wanted.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a block away from the famous Spanish Steps and right in the heart of all the action. I loved being able to step right outside the front door and be immersed in the vibrant energy of the city. The convenience of having all the best shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions within walking distance made exploring Rome a breeze.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.

Location Location Location, Newly renovated, Big rooms
You can hear the noise of people walking on the street. Tv had only 1 channel BBC. Bathroom shower did not have any curtains thus water was covering the floor during shower.

Staff very friendly and helpful, our triple room was huge, not something you would expect in a Rome city hotel. Breakfast buffet very rich, although where it is served can not accomodate too many people at a time. The location is excellent, next to Via Dei Condotti and Via Della Croce, simply a few steps away. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The air conditioning worked alright, but I'm sure it could be tuned up to perform better, maybe the btu capacity was not adequate to the room size. The elevator is a bit too cramped and slow.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
